We believe that a Training intervention should cover three dimensions.
Firstly, a Training Program should be designed with specific reference to the challenges that Participants and the Organizations face, and therefore, every Training Content needs to be exclusively prepared.
Secondly, the Training Interventions should include all four elements of learning, viz., Knowledge, Attitude, Skills and Habits. The environment one needs to create at the Training Room should encourage a WANT in the participants to master the Training topic.
Thirdly, every Training Intervention needs to have a robust Post Training Action Plan, so that the implementation of the learning in the workplace is seamless.
